Get Involved: Become a Civic Volunteer with RYTHM'AISNE FORME

The heartbeat of RYTHM'AISNE FORME is fueled entirely by selfless volunteers who believe that physical vitality and social camaraderie belong in every rural neighborhood. Whether you can give two hours a month to welcome newcomers or offer athletic coaching skills, your presence strengthens our community in Boué.

Volunteer Roles & Time Commitment Options

In an association governed by the Law of 1901, volunteerism is completely voluntary, flexible, and respectful of personal schedules. You do not need to be an elite athlete or a physical therapy professional to make a profound difference. We welcome residents from all walks of life, including students, retirees, working parents, and local craftspeople who wish to share their human warmth with their fellow citizens in Boué.

Civic volunteerism in rural Aisne is an extraordinary generator of shared joy. By dedicating a few hours of your week or month to the association, you directly dismantle rural loneliness, help prevent chronic ailments, and ensure that our sports equipment remains safe, clean, and welcoming for every participant.

The Four-Stage Volunteer Onboarding Journey

We ensure that stepping into a volunteer role is an enjoyable, stress-free experience. Every new volunteer benefits from our structured four-stage onboarding pathway:

  1. Informal Orientation Meeting: Meet with a member of the Executive Board at Place Charles de Gaulle to discuss your interests, availability, and expectations in a relaxed setting over coffee.
  2. Observation & Pairing: Shadow an experienced volunteer mentor during one or two live sessions to understand the rhythm of activities, equipment safety protocols, and member welcoming procedures.
  3. Official Registration & Insurance Attestation: Complete the volunteer commitment agreement and receive your official certificate of civil liability insurance coverage under our MAIF associative policy.
  4. Skills Enhancement & First-Aid Certification: If desired, participate in our association-sponsored First-Aid Certification (PSC1) training session to become an accredited safety animator.

"Joining RYTHM'AISNE FORME as an evening welcome volunteer was one of the best decisions I made after moving to Boué. You get to know everyone in the village, see people making tangible health progress, and feel genuinely useful to your neighbors. There is zero corporate pressure—just authentic kindness and community spirit."
