- From Guise & Vadencourt (South-West): Take the D967 north connecting onto the D28 toward Boué (approx. 14 minutes, 16 km).
- From La Capelle (North-East): Take the RN2 toward Étréaupont, then proceed west along local routes (approx. 12 minutes, 12 km).
- From Saint-Quentin: Take the D679 or D1029 northeast through Guise to Boué (approx. 35 minutes).

Q: Can I attend an introductory trial session before submitting an application?
A: Absolutely! We offer one free introductory trial session during our regular Monday or Wednesday evening slots. Simply notify our secretariat in advance or arrive 15 minutes before the session starts.
Q: Is a doctor's medical certificate mandatory?
A: Under current French sports regulations, adult participants complete the national sports health questionnaire (QS-SPORT). If you answer "no" to all health questions, a medical certificate is not required. If you answer "yes" to any item, or if you are joining under the "Sport sur Ordonnance" pathway, a certificate from your physician is required.
Q: What equipment should I bring?
A: Clean indoor athletic shoes (dedicated to gym use only), comfortable sportswear, a personal workout towel, and a refillable water bottle. All resistance bands, barbells, weights, and machines are provided on-site.
